    Returns & Refund Policy

    Returns for Replacement or Credit - After the First 14 Days

    If the product supplied by OPD becomes faulty within its 24-month warranty period but after 14 days from the date of the invoice then OPD will still replace your faulty product but it will be your responsibility to get the product back to us.  You will need to pack it carefully so that it doesn't get damaged during transport and we recommend you send it recorded delivery to ensure that we receive it.

    Once we have inspected your returned product and have confirmed that it is indeed faulty and complies with our warranty and returns policy, we will send you a replacement product at our expense.

     

    Returns for Any Other Reason - First 14 Days Only

    If you happen to order the wrong product or just wish to return a product for a refund then you must get the product back to OPD within 14 days from the date on the invoice. As before, you will need to pack it carefully so that it doesn't get damaged during transport and we recommend you send it recorded delivery to ensure that we receive it. It is very important for you to ensure that the product gets to us in the same condition as when you first received it.

    Upon return, we will be inspect your product and, if we are satisfied with the condition of the product, then you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and a credit will be raised for the difference and then a refund of this money will be authoried within 2 working days.
